Brief Preview: Film Panel Plenary Session

Grab your popcorn and take your seats for today’s Film Panel session, held at 10:30 a.m. in the plenary hall.

Before the show starts, Journal of Interventional and Vascular Radiology editor Daniel Y. Sze, MD, PhD, FSIR, will present the JVIR awards to the year’s Outstanding Clinical Studies, Outstanding Laboratory Investigations and more.

Then strap in for the battle of the century with a FamIR Film Feud featuring 16 participants on four teams squaring off in three rounds with 21 case presentations.

The goal of the film panel, according to moderators Nadine Abi-Jaoudeh, MD, FSIR, and Shellie C. Josephs, MD, FSIR, is to use a friendly competition to bring education to the audience by presenting cases in a new and interactive format.
